Last Wednesday the National Spring Clean team descended on East Wall to mark the final clean up in the annual event. Repak, along with other sponors The Wrigley Company and Coca Cola were guests on the morning and saw first hand the community pride and long listing range of activites in the area for the clean up. The clean up was supported by The Lord Mayor of Dublin Eibhlin Byrne, the East Wall Community Policing Unit and the East Wall Residents Association to name but a few. Once again An Taisce's National Spring Clean was a resounding success. Over 490,000 people throughout Ireland took part - an increase of 10% from 2008!! Well done to all this years volunteers.
